Follow these steps to file a request to hire a third party inspector:

1. Select a certified inspector from the Certified Third Party Inspectors* list.
2. Fax a Use Request Form* to the Third Party Inspection Coordinator.

3. Third Party Inspection Coordinator will review Use Request Form within two days and, if approved, will fax a letter authorizing the use of the Certified Third Party Inspector.
4. All subsequent inspections will be conducted in conformance with the Procedure Manual* and will be subject to random checks by BLRA inspection staff.
5. Agency will complete inspection by forwarding Third Party Inspection Certification Form to Third Party Coordinator.
