Companies and individuals interested in becoming certified third party inspectors must file an application package with the BLRA third party inspection coordinator. If selected, they will be added to the Certified Third Party Inspectors list*.

Overview of Certification Process

• Application package receives initial review for completeness.
• Complete application package is reviewed by Third Party Review Team.
• Applicant is informed of approval or disapproval within three weeks of submission of complete application package. After signing the Letter of Agreement, the applicant is added to the Certified Third Party Inspectors* list and receives inspection stickers.
