DC Council Extends Master Business Licensing

(Washington, DC) The DC Council voted to extend the deadline for business licenses to June 30.

Currently, under the Omnibus Regulatory Reform Act of 1998, all businesses generating at least $2,000 in revenue are required to obtain a Master Business License.

Council will revisit this issue at their June 3 session.

Businesses can obtain licensing assistance at the MBLR website.
