A Decision and Order (DO) becomes final fifteen (15) days after service plus three (3) days if mailed. A motion for reconsideration or a notice of appeal must be filed within fifteen (15) days after service plus three (3) days if mailed.
A notice of appeal is filed with one of the following bodies:
Board of Appeals and Review (BAR)
Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA)
Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (ABRA)
Business and Professional Licensing Administration (BPLA)
District of Columbia Court of Appeals (DCCA)
