Welcome to the Remote Access Property Inspection and Dispatch System (RAPIDS™). The RAPIDS™ Command Center Computer (CCC) allows the public to file complaints directly with the Neighborhood Stabilization Program office at the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs.

Fill in the boxes to create a user name and password
Submit your registration
Follow the prompts to enter your complaint
You'll get a number you can use to check the status of your complaint at any time. The RAPIDS™ CCC is available around the clock for citizens with access to the Internet.
